I am full of passion, creativity, and a desire to learn.  I am driven to meet people from all walks of life, explore remote places, capture moments, and find out what makes the world go round. My love for learning and teaching has lead me on a decade long career as a swim instructor where I was able to use my creativity to help people from all walks of life learn how to swim and have the confidence to explore the other 70% of this planet that is covered in water.

Equipped with a bachelor of arts in international business, a year at Portland State University studying anthropology, and a thirst for knowledge, my adventures have taken me from working and studying in Southern California to growing a swim program at the largest indoor athletic club in the world.

I pride myself on the ability to see potential in everyday objects. This has lead me to start an Etsy account, where I buy thrift store art and re-imagine them with original creatures. Starting my own shop has taught me a lot about running a small business and has helped me channel my creativity.

If I'm not roaming around Portland on my bike exploring new neighborhoods and eating great food, then I am usual somewhere in the forest backpacking to remote lakes, listening to one of my many favorite podcasts, and taking pictures of anything that gives me that awe inspiring feeling.
